Program Overview
Simplicity
Is this program hard to do? No, it is very easy.
What I ask people to do in my training program is something I have
already done so I know my program is simple and effective.
Everyone does a little
I built my program with many of the same principles of other successful
men.
J. P. Getty said,
"I would rather have 1% of the effort of 100 people than
100% of my own.”
I understand how busy everyone is so I didn't want to make something
to complicated. At the same time I know that if we don't do
something we are going to be in a much worse situation. With
that in mind I made my training program simple and adaptable so
everyone can complete it.
Thomas Huxley said,
“The great end of life is not knowledge, but action. What
men need is as much knowledge as they can organize for action;
give them more and it may become injurious.”
Be a commercial, not a presentation
This program provides you with something to do and is not dependent
upon your knowledge. Therefore, I am not asking you to give
professional presentations; instead, I want you
to give 30-second commercials pointing your finger
to people that can do the bulk of the work.
For example, there is a lot of important information in Aaron Russo's
movie that everyone should know about. Instead of struggling
to communicate all of it to others, simply say something like, "This
is a very interesting movie. It has 3 or 4 important things
in it that I think you ought to see. Watch it and tell me
what you think?"
My
program does not depend on marathon runners. Instead, I look
for people who can run 100 yards and hand the batton off to the
next person.
Information Age
This can easily be done because we live in the Information Age;
the tools at our disposal are phenomenal; we must put them to use.
Just like the printing press 550 years ago was instrumental in bringing
about reform, so the Internet can do the same today.
"The Web, as it stands today, has
allowed global interpersonal exchange on a scale unprecedented
in human history…People separated by vast distances, or
even large amounts of time, can use the Web to exchange —
or even mutually develop — their most intimate and extensive
thoughts…with less individual investment than ever before
in human history."*
And remember, beyond the impersonal web we use professional
people scattered across this country whose mission in life is to
help you know and understand your rights. The two together
keeps your work simple.
Archimedes said, “Give me a lever long enough… and
I shall move the world.” My Jury Training Program is
a lever long enough for turning America right side up. With a little
effort from everyone we will move the world by changing one mind
at a time.
The Liberty Song (1768)
Come join hand in hand, brave Americans all,
And rouse your bold hearts at fair Liberty's call.
No tyrannous acts shall suppress your just claim,
Or stain with dishonor America's name.
Then join hand in hand, brave Americans all,
By uniting we stand, by dividing we fall;
In so righteous a cause let us hope to succeed,
For Heaven approves of each generous deed.
All ages shall speak with amaze and applause
Of the courage we'll show in support of our laws;
To die we can bear, but to serve we disdain,
For shame is to Freedom more dreadful than pain.
